Rick Obert Cruzado
As a key architect of e-commerce logistics in the Philippines, he has orchestrated nationwide fulfillment operations for top global brands on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. His work transforms complex supply chains into harmonized, efficient systems, seamlessly processing hundreds of thousands of orders daily across vast warehouse networks.
Rick is known for turning complexity into clarity — transforming manual, fragmented operations into automated, data-driven ecosystems. His leadership combines Lean efficiency, customer obsession, and a high-standards culture, empowering teams to execute with discipline and ownership.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Rick is a passionate entrepreneur and product builder, dedicated to applying his large-scale systems expertise to solve foundational problems for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

2019: The Spark
The foundational idea of BayaniX took root, leading to the formation of our first exploratory team to validate the core concept.
2023: Building the Foundation
A pivotal year of intensive learning and technical skill-building in full-stack development, culminating in the assembly of a new, more focused team.
2024: From Blueprint to Reality
This year marked our operational beginning: we established our first office, expanded our core team, and conducted our first real-world business pilot—the 'Car Wash Experiment'—to test our operational frameworks.
2025 & Beyond: The Official Launch
