### The Challenge
A leading hospital network in the Philippines wanted to offer remote consultations to improve patient access to care, especially in rural areas. They needed a user-friendly, data-privacy-compliant mobile application for both patients and doctors that could function reliably on variable internet connections.

We conducted extensive user research with Filipino patients and doctors to inform the UI/UX design. The result was an intuitive app for scheduling appointments, conducting video calls, and managing e-prescriptions.
